2-Day Trek (Day 1: Hike & overnight; Day 2: Machu Picchu guided tour)

Day 1: Cusco to Machu Picchu via the Inca Trail
- 3:00 AM Pickup from Cusco or 4:00 AM from Sacred Valley
- Train to KM 104: Scenic 1.5-hour ride to the trailhead
- Start the Hike:
- Hike 10 km (6.2 miles) to Wiñay Wayna (2,650 masl)
- Enjoy a guided visit and picnic lunch at the site
- Continue to Inti Punku (Sun Gate):
- Approx. 2-hour hike with panoramic views of Machu Picchu
- Descent to Machu Picchu:
- Quick glimpse of the citadel before heading to town
- Overnight stay in Aguas Calientes
Day 2: Explore Machu Picchu
- Morning bus ride to Machu Picchu
- 2–3 Hour Guided Tour: Visit temples, terraces, and sacred sites
- Lunch in Aguas Calientes (not included)
- Train back to Ollantaytambo or Poroy station
- Private transfer to your hotel in Cusco or Sacred Valley
